FindRightDoc displays doctor and specialist information obtained from Google Places API and other public sources. We make no representations regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of provider information
• Provider licenses, credentials, or qualifications
• Provider availability or acceptance of new patients
• Provider insurance acceptance or billing practices
• Quality of care provided by any healthcare provider
• Malpractice history or disciplinary actions against providers

It is your responsibility to verify provider credentials, specialties, and practice details directly with the healthcare provider or through state medical boards before making an appointment. FindRightDoc is not responsible for the accuracy of provider information or the quality of care you receive.

Specialist Matching Disclaimer

FindRightDoc uses AI to analyze your symptom description and recommend specialist types. We make no guarantee regarding:

• The accuracy of specialist type recommendations
• Whether the recommended specialist will be appropriate for your condition
• Whether the recommended specialist will accept you as a patient
• The diagnostic accuracy of any information provided

The specialist recommendation is provided solely as a starting point to help narrow your search. You should not rely solely on FindRightDoc's recommendation when choosing a healthcare provider. Always consult with primary care physicians or trusted healthcare advisors to determine which specialist is appropriate for your needs.

User Responsibility

By using FindRightDoc, you assume full responsibility for:

• All healthcare decisions made based on the Service
• Verifying provider information and credentials independently
• Consulting with appropriate healthcare professionals
• Seeking emergency care immediately if experiencing medical emergency
• Understanding that specialist recommendations are not medical advice

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDRIGHT DOC AND ITS CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, AND OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Personal injury or property damage
• Incorrect diagnosis or specialist recommendation
• Medical errors or adverse outcomes from healthcare providers
• Inability to locate appropriate healthcare providers
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service
• Any claims arising out of your use of the Service

This limitation applies even if FindRightDoc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of FindRightDoc does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Alex Movshis or any healthcare provider found through the Service. No medical advice is provided or implied. You must establish a direct relationship with a licensed healthcare provider through traditional means (appointment, office visit, or telehealth consultation) before medical advice or treatment can be provided.

Intellectual Property Rights

The FindRightDoc website, including its design, text, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The FindRightDoc name and logo are trademarks of FindRightDoc. All rights are reserved.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or publish any content from FindRightDoc without permission
• Use FindRightDoc trademarks or logos
• Claim authorship of FindRightDoc materials
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without explicit written consent

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FindRightDoc to:

• Facilitate illegal activity or fraud
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

FindRightDoc reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
